When booking, we ask for a 33% deposit

and the entire stay must be paid 15 days before the start of the rental .

The minimum rental period is 4 nights .

A deposit of €1000.00 is required.

It will be refunded to you within the week if no damage has been noted.

Prices include sheets and towels.

These should not be used in swimming pools and on the beach.

End of stay cleaning is included in the price for any stay of at least 7 nights.

From 4 to 7 nights, the cleaning rate is €50.00.

For any cancellation, depending on the period, there will be charges.

If you leave early (before 9:00 a.m.) or arrive late (after 9:00 p.m.) , you must pay €30 in cash to the person who welcomes you.
